Lorraine Lennon, age 95 of Lebanon TN, passed away on June 15, 2025.
The Funeral Service, conducted by Father Joseph Mundakal, is 6 p.m. on Thursday, June 19, 2025 in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN.
The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Thursday from 3 p.m. – 8 p.m.
Interment in Middle Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery is 9 a.m. Friday, June 20, 2025.
Lorraine Marie Dettmer Lennon was born in Chicago IL to Ada Matilda Peskator Dettmer and Bruno Dettmer. She married Eugene Thomas Lennon and together they built a home in Chicago IL and raised three children. They retired to Wisconsin in 1986, then moved to Tennessee in 2000.
Mrs. Lennon enjoyed golf and bowling and played in multiple Leagues. Flower gardening, shopping, and socializing were also important to her. Mrs. Lennon loved being around the grandchildren and going out to restaurants.
She is survived by children: Susan (George) Rocco, David (Melissa) Lennon, and Cindy (Andy) Mullins; grandchildren: Tracey, Kelly, Michael, Jessica, Travis, Matthew, Devin, and Sophie; and many beloved great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
She is preceded in death by husband Eugene Thomas Lennon, parents Ada and Bruno Dettmer, brothers George, Kenny, and Thomas Dettmer, and sister Dorothy Paskiet.
