LeRoy George Canfield age 82 of Watertown, died Friday morning, Nov. 11, 2021 at Quality Care Health Center in Lebanon.
Born Aug. 25, 1939 in Michigan, LeRoy was a US Army veteran and a member of Lebanon Lodge NO. 98 F&AF. He was a retired truck driver and a member of the Good Wheel Cruisers.
LeRoy was preceded in death by his wife, Janie Climer Canfield, and a grandson, Matthew Smithson.
He is survived by his daughters, Sandra Hooper of Watertown and Renee Haynes of Nashville; grandchildren, dana (Jimmy) Caldwell of Castalian Springs and Leia Hagewood of Dallas, TX; great-grandchildren, Taylor and Presley Caldwell; nephew, Rusty Myers; great-nephew, Brandon Myers, and sister and brother-in-law, Cheryl and Charles White.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Monday, Nov. 15, 2021 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. David Daugherty and Bro. Donnie Fowler officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till service time on Monday. Pallbearers, Rusty and Brandon Myers, Joe Turner, Barney O’Guin, Foster, and Mike Ferrell. Interment at Hunter Memorial Park.
