Jan Locke – age 67 of Lebanon passed away on Monday, December 8, 2025.
She is preceded in death by father, Bobby Joe Shelton and husband, Randy Locke.
Jan is survived by her mother, Billie Shelton; son, Ross (Anna) Locke; brothers, Mike (Teresa) Shelton and Chris (Diane) Shelton; sister, Julie (Ed) Holland; grandchildren, Abigail and Adelyn Locke; and a host of nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Jan Locke, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, passed away leaving behind a legacy of love, faith, and joy that will be cherished by all who knew her.
A proud graduate of Lebanon High School, Class of 1976, Jan carried her hometown pride throughout her life. She was a devoted member of Hope Baptist Church, where her faith and kind spirit were evident to everyone she met.
Jan was the co-owner of RW Locke Construction, a business she deeply loved and took great pride in, working alongside her husband with dedication and heart.
She had a true love for traveling, sunshine and the beach. Jan’s laughter was contagious, filling rooms and lifting spirits wherever she went.
To her grandchildren, she was affectionately known as “Nana,” a title she wore with pride and joy. Her love for them knew no bounds, and the memories she created with them will be treasured forever.
Jan will be remembered for her warm smile, her generous heart, and the love she poured into her family and community.
A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Partlow Funeral Chapel on Monday, December 15, 2025 at 6 p.m. with visitation from 4 p.m.- 6 p.m. Pastor Will McReynolds will officiate the services.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions be made to Hope Baptist Church Mission Fund in Jan’s memory.
