Everett Hugh Horton, age 90 of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, August 8, 2023.
He was a wonderful man who will be missed by family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Velma and Lyle Alspaugh; father, Hugh Horton; son, Kenneth J. Horton; half-sister, Leah DeLorey.
He is survived by his wife, Janey Lynn Lucas-Horton; children, Becky (Larry) McCleskey, Laura (David) Harding, Dawn (Carlos) Ruiz, Robert (Lauren) Del Mar, and John (Ayelet) Del Mar; siblings, Perry Alspaugh and Myles Alspaugh; grandchildren, Afton (Jason) Martinez, Ashley Martinez, Muriah Harding, Marlin (Lindsay) Horton, Dustin (Maiko) Horton, and Charles “Charlie” (Hazel) Del Mar.
The Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at Cooks United Methodist Church in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee.
