Funeral service for Mrs. Dorothy “Dot” Jollay Creasman will be 11:00 A.M. Friday, February 20, 2026, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Rev. Ryan Bennett officiating. Visitation will be from 9:00am – 11:00am. Interment following the service will be held at Wilson County Memorial Gardens.
Mrs. Creasman, age 98 of Lebanon passed away February 17, 2026, at the Pavilion Senior Living Facility.
Born September 8, 1927, in Hamilton County, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late Rev. Malcolm Jollay and Louise Sherlin Jollay. During World War II, she worked at the American Lava Corporation in Chattanooga. She was most proud of being a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. A woman of strong faith, she was a very active member of Cook’s United Methodist Church. Over the years, she was blessed with many friends at church and in the community. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband of sixty four years, F. W. “Dub” Creasman on July 18, 2009; daughter, Debra Creasman; grandson, Phillip Hance; and a brother, Ernest Jollay.
She is survived by her son and daughter in law, David & Deborah Creasman; granddaughter, Leah Creasman; nieces and nephews, Pam (Bobby) Walls and Tim (Amy) Jollay.
