Donnie Jackson, age 77 of Lebanon, passed away April 21, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, James and Marion Jackson; sister, Shelia Austin; stepmother, Ruth Jackson; brothers-in-law, Clyde Edwards and Vince Miller.
He is survived by his wife of 32 years, Cindy Jackson; daughters, Brandi DeVault (Beau Grissim) and Danielle (Dylan) Snodgrass; grandchildren, Mailee Burroughs, Lennox Snodgrass, and Eden Snodgrass; sister, Darlene Edwards and Kathy Miller; special friend, Galen Fish; and many other loving nieces and nephews.
A 1967 graduate of Lebanon High School, Donnie was a longtime member of Hillcrest Baptist Church and the Orange and White Club. He loved the outdoors and spent much of his time hunting deer and turkey. He also enjoyed playing softball and stayed active through weightlifting for most of his life.
Donnie’s greatest joy was his family. He deeply loved his wife, children, and grandchildren and cherished every moment spent with them. He will be remembered for his kind heart, strong spirit, and love for life.
Visitation for Donnie will be held Friday from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. with funeral services to follow at 6 p.m. with Terry Andrews officiating the services. Honorary pallbearers will be Galen Fish, Kent Tidwell, Dylan Snodgrass, Daniel Buhler, Beau Grissim, and Chase Andrews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the family to assist with final expenses.
