Carrie Mai Dillard Bennett, age 87 of Lebanon, was born Sept. 12, 1936, daughter of the late Thomas Lennie Adams and Paulin Fakes Adams and departed this life on Wednesday, March 13, 2024.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Earnest Odell Dillard, Sr. and Dick Bennett; sons, Keith and Monty Dillard; sisters, Ruby, Sue and Betty, and brothers, Robert and James Adams.
Carrie was a graduate of Lebanon High School and a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
She is survived by sons, Earnest Odell (Christy) Dillard Jr. and Mark (Micker Gadd) Dillard; daughter-in-law, Tammy Dillard; stepson, Roger (Ina) Bennett; 6 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren, 8 step-grandchildren and a her sister, Nancy Beadle.
Funeral services 1 p.m. Saturday, March 16, 2024 at Hunter Funeral Home with visitation from 4-8 p.m. Friday and 10 a.m. till service time on Saturday. Interment will be at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Lebanon. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
