Mrs. Blake Birdwell Lazenby, age 81, of Lebanon, passed away Monday, February 24, 2025, at her residence. Funeral services for Blake Lazenby are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday, February 27, 2025, at 11AM, from The Chapel of Alexander Funeral Home, with Elder Lonnie Meador officiating. Interment will follow in The Salt Lick Cemetery.
Visitation will begin at the funeral home on Wednesday, February 26, 2025 from 9 AM to 8 PM, and on Thursday, from 9 AM until service time at 11 AM.
Family suggests memorial contributions be made towards The Salt Lick Cemetery or The Alpha Chi Omega Sorority.
She is preceded in death by:
- Parents, William Blake Birdwell and Edith Cosette Driver Birdwell
- Step-Mother, Rosemary Birdwell
- Brother, Philip Calloway
- Brothers-in-Law, Oscar Carter, Bill Lazenby, and Alex Lazenby

Blake Lazenby is survived by:
- Husband, Thomas Lazenby
- Daughter, Bentley Lazenby and Trey Ray
- Son, Tom Lazenby and wife, Susan
- Granddaughter, Ellis Lazenby
- Sister, Eleanor Carter
- Brothers, William Todd Birdwell, Tim Birdwell and wife, Shelley
- Nephews, Bill Ham and wife, Cherie, Tony Ham
- Great Nephews, Brad Ham, Matthew Ham
