Alfred Gillis Hildabrand, age 96, of Lebanon, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023.
Alfred was born in Russellville, KY and was the son of the late, Jesse Hildabrand and Zula Anderson Hildabrand.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force serving during the Korean War.
Alfred was also preceded in death by his wife, Ann Hildabrand; daughter, Deborah Hughes and 3 brothers.
In his later years, Alfred was fortunate to have his beloved granddaughter, Dana Hughes, caring for him. Her unwavering devotion during his final years demonstrated the depth of their special connection.
He is survived by:
Children – Tim Hildabrand, Toby (Sarah) Hildabrand and Kay (Fred) Latham
Sister – Mary
6 Grandchildren and 11 Great-grandchildren
Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Wednesday, October 185, 2023 at Bond Memorial Chapel. Additional services will be held in Zephyrhill, FL with burial in Florida National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
