City and Police resources are coordinating with MJ4Hope with the needs assessment and verifications. MJPD’s Taylor Givens and FDMJ Chaplain’s Wink & Pattie have made efforts to speak with all affected residents. If you have not spoken with them, please do so. Monetary/financial contributions are the fastest, most flexible, most direct, and most effective method of donating and assisting affected residents.
Used clothing, items, and donated goods can place an undue burden on affected residents already in crisis because it doesn’t specifically address their needs.
