Mt. Juliet Parks and Recreation has rescheduled its second Movie in the Park event for Friday, July 24, after the original showing was postponed.
The department will feature the classic baseball film “Field of Dreams” at Charlie Daniels Park as part of the free family event.
Guests are encouraged to bring blankets, lawn chairs and bug spray for the outdoor movie experience. Organizers recommend arriving around sunset at 7:58 p.m. to find a spot and get settled before the movie begins at dusk, around 8:35 p.m.
Concessions will be available for purchase during the event.
“Field of Dreams” is rated PG for thematic elements and mild language. The movie night is open to all ages and free to attend.
