UPDATE: 2:25 P.M. – The subject has been safely located.
The Lebanon Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing person, Wendell Palmer.
Mr. Palmer was last seen on July 22nd, 2023, at 513 East Lester Avenue with a Ms. Terry Womble.
Both subjects have been unable to be reached. Mr. Palmer was last seen wearing a red shirt, red hat, and black and blue shorts. He is approximately 5’11 and 211 pounds.
