February 1, 2024 – Overnight Thursday, a traffic stop on Mt. Juliet Road near Adams Lane led to the arrest of a wanted person from two Tennessee counties.
The 38-year-old man initially lied to the officer about his name, and further investigation revealed his identity, which led to the discovery of warrants from Putnam and Jackson counties.
He was wanted on charges related to Felony Theft, Burglary, Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card, and a Probation Violation. During the arrest, he was in possession of non-prescribed pills, drug paraphernalia, and driving on a suspended drivers license.
