April 11, 2024 – On March 19th, 2023, the Lebanon Police Department responded to a possible deceased female.
The preliminary investigation led investigators to believe it was the result of a fatal overdose. Through an autopsy and lab testing, it was determined that the female overdosed on a mixture of methamphetamine and fentanyl.
Investigators were able to identify Caster I. Williams as the source of the fatal drugs, and evidence was presented to the Wilson County Grand Jury, who returned two indictments for second-degree murder. On Thursday, April 11th, 2024, Williams was arrested by members of the Special Operations Division without incident at a location on the west side of Lebanon.
