Lebanon Police Promote Gabby Parish to Records Unit Supervisor

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Gabby Parish to Records Unit Supervisor. The position includes serving as the Reporting Agency Coordinator otherwise known as the (RAC) which is charged with ensuring that the agency submits incident reports and crime data to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation (TBI) on a monthly basis.

Gabby was raised in Burnsville, NC. She is a 2006 graduate of Mountain Heritage High School in Burnsville. She later earned her bachelor’s degree in recreation and parks management with a minor in business from the University of North Carolina (Greensboro). Prior to moving to Tennessee Gabby worked as a civilian employee for the Marine Corps Community Services at Camp Lejeune. She served from 2011-2014 achieving the position of programs manager / assistant supervisor during her time there. She started her career in law enforcement with our agency as a Dispatcher in 2016. She went on to serve as a Communications Training Officer (CTO) from 2019-2023.

Gabby is well liked and respected by her peers which is reflected in her achievement of being voted Dispatcher of the Year in 2019, 2020, and 2021. We are confident that she will be successful in her new position and look forward to her working with our members to help lead our agency.
