Lebanon Police Department Promotes Officer to Corporal

From the desk of Chief Mike Justice of the Lebanon Police Department:

We are pleased to announce the promotion of Brian Speer to D-Detail Corporal.

Brian was born and raised in White House, Tennessee. He began his career with the Westmoreland Police Department in 2013 where he completed Basic Police School at Walter’s State Police Academy that same year. In 2014, he began service with the Greenbrier Police Department where he served until 2018. While there, he served as both a Police Officer and K-9 Officer.

In 2018, he began service with our department where he has served in the patrol division as a Police Officer, Field Training Officer, and MPO. While with our agency, he has served on both the Crime Scene Team and Hostage Negotiator Team. Additionally, he serves as one of the department’s Emergency Vehicle Operations (EVOC) Instructors. He’s completed hundreds of hours of training over his career which has included several specialized schools.

We are confident that he will be successful in his new position and look forward to him working with our members to help lead our agency.
