Your Guide on Where to See Fireworks This 4th of July in Wilson County

On Tuesday, July 4, there will be several fantastic Independence Day celebrations taking place in Wilson County. Most of these events will be offering food, music and family activities to get the celebrations started.

Remember to bring lots of sunscreen and water to keep everyone healthy, as it will more than likely be very hot.

14th of July Celebration at Circle P Ranch

The 4th of July Celebration at Circle P Ranch is sponsored by United States Community Credit Union, Needham’s Nursery and the City of Mt. Juliet. On hand at the event will be food trucks, live music, and inflatables. The evening will end with the largest fireworks show in Wilson County’s history!

The festivities will begin at 5:00 p.m. with kids activities, bands  and food vendors.  Fireworks will begin at 9pm.

Parade begins at 3:00 p.m. at Round Lick Baptist Church and runs down Main Street to East Main Street and Highway 70 at Sparta Pike. The parade is quickly becoming known for its tradition of ‘getting wet’ and that tradition will continue again this year. So, everyone needs to bring their squirt guns. There will be a no-squirt zone at the end of the parade. No water balloons are allowed.

Fireworks will begin at dusk at Three Forks Park. Bring a picnic and lawn chairs to enjoy the display sponsored by the City of Watertown, Watertown Chamber of Commerce and Historic Watertown.

Open to Harbor Island Yacht Club members and their guests for free, activities will take place throughout the day. Dinner will be served at 5:00 p.m. and the fireworks will start at 9:00 p.m. There will be events throughout the day. Everyone attending must RSVP on clubspot.com to allow planners to gather an accurate headcount for meals. There will be a veggie burger option.
