Land clearing and construction are officially underway for the new Costco location on Golden Bear Gateway in Mt Juliet, the city posted on social media.
“The arrival of Costco brings not only a wide range of products but also job opportunities and economic growth for our community. This development will not only enhance convenience but also contribute to our thriving local economy,” the city added.
Costco’s plans include approximately 160,057 square feet of retail, including 24 fuel position/stations, and 34,920 square foot in-house delivery space. The project is proposed at the southwest corner of the future intersection of Rutland Drive and Legacy Point Boulevard.
