Slow Hand Bakehouse is inviting the community to come out and celebrate local first responders at Community Heroes Day on Saturday, May 24, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m at their location at 111 S. Greenwood Street, Lebanon, TN.
The family-friendly event will feature appearances by the Wilson County Sheriff’s Office, Wilson County EMA, and Lebanon Police Department. Kids will have the opportunity to meet first responders and get an up-close look at fire trucks, ambulances, and police vehicles.
BBQ plates will be available for purchase, with barbecue prepared by Chef Nick from Olivia Cocktail Bar. The afternoon will also include yard games like horseshoes and cornhole, board games, and a variety of special treats from the bakehouse.
