What Is Chipotle IQ and How to Play
Chipotle Rewards members can visit ChipotleIQ.com and sign in with the email tied to their Chipotle Rewards account to start playing. The event runs August 18–20, 2026, from 6:00 a.m. PT to 5:59 p.m. PT each day. Questions are multiple-choice and true-or-false, covering Chipotle’s ingredients, culinary techniques, and community involvement. Members can play once per day, with a fresh opportunity to win each session.
Prizes and Rewards Available Each Hour
Each hour of the event, the first 8,000 players who score a perfect 5 out of 5 win a food reward. Hourly prizes include 5,000 BOGO entrée offers, 1,500 free Cilantro Lime Sauce offers, and 1,500 free Queso Blanco offers. Players who score 4 out of 5 earn 25 Chipotle Rewards points while supplies last, and those who ace the quiz but miss a food prize receive 50 bonus points. Up to 5 million Chipotle Rewards points are available each day.
New for 2026: Daily Streaks and Silver Ticket Sweepstakes
This year’s Chipotle IQ introduces Daily Streaks, which reward players with bonus points and exclusive Chipotle Rewards badges for playing two or three consecutive days. Players who score a perfect 5 out of 5 may also be randomly selected to receive one of 53 Silver Tickets, each featuring a bonus question. Answering the bonus question correctly wins free burritos for a year.
Chipotle IQ Launches a Limited-Edition Physical Card Game
For the first time, Chipotle is extending Chipotle IQ beyond digital play with a collectible physical card game built around Chipotle trivia. Through “The Game Night Sweepstakes,” Chipotle Rewards members can exchange 10 points in the Rewards Exchange for a chance to win the card game along with a Build Your Own Family Meal. The sweepstakes runs August 17 through August 31.
Summer of Extras Runs Through August 31
Chipotle Rewards members who opt into Summer of Extras — running June 1 through August 31 — can earn free entrées, bonus points, badges, and other exclusive rewards by completing monthly streak challenges. New this year, members can track their rankings at their favorite Chipotle location, view state and national leaderboards, complete side quests for additional points, and share their stats on social media later in the summer.
