Aubrey’s has been confirmed to open in Lebanon.

The Knoxville-based restaurant is set to welcome diners at 1648 West Main Street, reports the Nashville Business Journal. Aubrey’s was recruited to Lebanon with a $1.5 million economic development incentive.

“We are really excited for this restaurant to come to town. This has been a yearslong effort to recruit them,” Rick Bell, Mayor of Lebanon stated to the Nashville Business Journal. “Through the years, we’ve fallen behind our peer cities when it comes to branded full-service restaurants. Our peer cities average about 13 of them and we have about seven, so we are really excited to have this addition to Lebanon.”

An expected open date was set for October 2024 but no firm date has been revealed at this time.

Last year, Aubrey’s announced it would open in Spring Hill, the first in the Middle Tennessee area. Items on the menu are classics like fish and chips, buttermilk fried chicken, chicken tenders, and gumbo.
