March 15, 2024 – Thursday night, Lebanon Police responded to a residence in Lebanon in reference to a vehicle that had been stolen earlier in the evening.
A BOLO was sent out to officers, and an investigation immediately began. With the help of a Safenet LPR system, officers were able to determine a general area where the car could be.
Officers soon thereafter located the vehicle at a hotel off S. Hartman Dr. This led officers to a room inside the hotel, where they encountered two male subjects.
A search of the room turned up a Kel-Tec Sub 2000 9mm, 10 grams of marijuana, 2.5 grams of cocaine, 30 grams of counterfeit controlled substances, scales, and $7,140.00 in cash.
Both subjects are facing charges.
