November 5, 2024 – Officers O’Brien and Sconiers responded to a report of shoplifting in progress at the Pilot on Murfreesboro Road on Monday.
Upon arrival, they made contact with two suspects, including Christopher Mayberry of Crossville. During the investigation, officers discovered large amounts of suspected methamphetamine, fentanyl, and Xanax in Mayberry’s vehicle, along with a rifle, handgun magazines, and brass knuckles.
Mayberry, who was also wanted in multiple counties, now faces a slew of criminal charges in Lebanon.
