Fabled Farm Rescue & Sanctuary founders, husband and wife team, April Hollingsworth and Bryan Krieger invite the community to attend A Fabled Festivity 2026, a 21+ fundraising celebration benefiting the rescue’s lifesaving work. The event will take place Saturday, February 21, 2026, from 5:30 to 9:30 p.m. CT at Legacy Farms, 8061 Murfreesboro Road, Lebanon, TN.
Fabled Farm Rescue & Sanctuary specializes in caring for senior and special-needs equines, farm animals, and kittens, including those who require medical care, long-term support, or sanctuary placement. Each year, hundreds of animals come through the rescue program, many of whom would otherwise have limited options. The organization is known for saying yes to the animals who are often overlooked and for providing care rooted in safety and compassion.
A Fabled Festivity is an evening that focuses on community, connection, and celebration. Guests will enjoy live music, food and drinks, silent and live auctions, and special moments with rescued animals. Attendees are encouraged to dress in country chic attire and gather for a meaningful night in support of animals who need a second chance.
This year’s fundraiser has a very specific and practical goal: raising $35,000 to purchase a used tractor that will help sustain daily operations at Fabled Farm.
For nearly six years, Bryan has done the work of a tractor by hand. He has set hundreds of fence posts manually, hauled hay and rocks using a pull cart, repaired fencing, graded land, and moved more manure than anyone should reasonably be asked to move without machinery. As the rescue has grown, so has the physical demand of maintaining the property and caring for the animals who call the farm home.
“Bryan would never complain,” said April. “But after years of building, repairing, hauling, digging, and lifting everything by hand, his body has earned some backup. The work has multiplied, and it’s time for him to stop doing the job of a tractor without actually having one.” The tractor will be used for essential daily work and will include a front-end loader, bush hog for mowing and land maintenance, scraper for driveway grading, auger for post hole digging, and other necessary attachments. This equipment is not a luxury, but a critical tool that will allow Fabled Farm to continue caring for animals safely, maintaining the property, and saying yes to animals in need.
