1. Dead Land Scream Park

Dead Land Haunted Woods is more than a “Haunted House” it is a full fledged scream park! Start at the campfire and after you’ve built up some courage, journey out through the woods to experience the terror of three new trials in the Haunted Woods! Rest assured, the fire will be kept burning and offer a safe haven from the terrifying woods. You won’t want to miss this festival of terror at Dead Land Scream Park. Remember to check back often as they roll out more updates about this year’s upcoming season. The new attractions promise to bring new and terrifying additions you’re sure to love.

2. FishFest III

Wilson County Expo Center

This year’s rock festival will last for two nights along with on-site camping at the Wilson County Fairgrounds Entertainment Pavilion. There will be food trucks, cool vendors, lawn games, and plenty of room to share space with everyone. New this year is a meet and greet with special guest Rob Barrett, guitarist from Cannibal Corpse! Plus he’ll shred with some of Nashville’s finest musicians for a 2-song set Saturday night. There will be a 60-minute public meet & greet that is included in your Saturday GA ticket and a limited number of VIP private meet & greet tickets for $20, where you can bring your own personal item to be signed. Get your camping gear packed and remember proceeds and all donations go to support our local TN chapter of the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP.org).

3. Cumberland University Homecoming

This is going to be a fun-packed day filled with events for families, students, alumni, and children! Start the morning off by visiting the Cumberland Carnival which will have carnival rides, face painting, balloon artist and favorite carnival food. Then head over to Patriot Park where children will play fun, competitive games where each winner will get a prize. Next up, watch Cumberland alumni face-off in a tennis match. Current players will get the chance to meet former players. There will also be food trucks, tailgating and a community picnic.

4. New Leash on Life Bark in the Park

Fiddler’s Grove

Bark in the Park is a fundraiser for New Leash on Life. Funds raised help with an array of animal welfare programs available at NLOL including: The Spay Station, The Low Cost Spay/Neuter Clinic, The Wellness Clinic, The Adoption Center and various emergency needs that arise when NLOL helps rescue animals from environments such as puppy mills, hoarding situations or even settings where animals are being abused or neglected.

5. Lebanon History Museum

Discover the history of local cemeteries, participate in a spider scavenger hunt, and learn all about the Lebanon Legend of the Sugar Flat Road creature! This spooky feature will be on display through Halloween. Kids can enter to win a prize when they participate in the spider scavenger hunt.
