5Yoga With Senior Dogs

Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary
630 Nonaville Rd, Mt Juliet
Join Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary (OFSDS) for yoga and with some of the sweet seniors of OFSDS at their state-of-the-art Sanctuary in Mount Juliet! The class will be held in their outdoor play yard and attendees will be invited to stay after class for a tour of the OFSDS Facility!
The dogs of OFSDS are available for Forever Fosters – this means Old Friends covers all the medical treatments for the dogs and you can just focus on loving them!
Class will be a gentle flow yoga class. Great for everyone! Participants will move slow like the doggos and most of the poses will be floor based. The doggos will be hanging out during class, so you will get all the snuggles you could ask for as you move from pose to pose.
Bring a yoga mat if you have one and a water. Extra mats will be available if needed.
