2Freedom Festival

Hendersonville’s Freedom Festival jump starts the patriotic celebrations of the 4th of July a day early with music, rides, and free admission! Freedom Festival is Sumner County’s largest Independence Day celebration. Anchored in the center of Hendersonville, Drakes Creek Park offers expansive views of the firework show, along with hosting numerous vendors, providing food and non-stop activities. There is a Kids’ Zone which is just $5/child ($15 family max charge) for kids to enjoy their own special area full of inflatables and tons of fun. Bring your picnic blanket and lawn chairs and enjoy time with the family while listening to live music.

4Nashville Shores Celebrates Independence Day

Celebrate the 4th of July at Nashville Shores with an amazing fireworks display this Sunday! Nashville Shores will be open all day! Fireworks will begin at dusk (approximately 8:45 p.m.). The waterpark attractions will close at 8:00 p.m. on fireworks nights, but the park will remain open until the fireworks. Fireworks at Nashville Shores are like two shows in one with the beautiful colors in the sky reflecting on the lake below. Fireworks are included with a season pass or admission ticket on that day.
