Lebanon police officers seized nearly 55 grams of suspected methamphetamine during an early-morning traffic stop on I-40 on Saturday.

Officers stopped a vehicle for a light law violation and identified the driver as a 48-year-old Cookeville man, who was operating the vehicle with a revoked license.

A search of the vehicle uncovered a bag containing about 55 grams of suspected meth along with drug paraphernalia. The driver was arrested without incident and is now facing multiple charges.
