Three people were arrested Tuesday during a narcotics investigation in Lebanon that also led to the condemnation of a residence deemed unsafe for living.
According to the Lebanon Police Department, the arrests occurred while officers with the department’s Special Operations Division investigated the illegal sale and distribution of narcotics within the city.
Police said Chad Mathis, 48, was arrested on local indictments related to the possession and sale of methamphetamine. Authorities also arrested Anthony Gann, 58, who was wanted locally for failure to appear, and Tabitha Qualls, 35, who was wanted by another county.
During the investigation, officers executed a search warrant at a residence on Hazelwood Pike connected to the case. Police said the home was found to be in severely deteriorated condition.
Officials with the city’s codes division responded and determined the residence no longer met safe living standards. Authorities said the home was immediately condemned.
The department credited multiple divisions for their work on the investigation and arrests.
