  • Big Steakhouse Kabobs
  • Big Country Fried Chicken

Burgers and Sandwiches

Three new handheld options join the menu this summer:

Endless Garden Bar Gets Protein Add-Ons

Summer Cocktails and Specialty Desserts

Two new cocktails round out the seasonal drink menu: the Blue Crush, made with Malibu Coconut Rum, and the Strawberry Sunset, made with Ruffino Pinot Grigio. On the dessert side, the Dubai Chocolate Brownie Sundae and Double Chocolate Chip Cookie Skillet are new limited-time additions.

Where to Find the Ruby Tuesday Summer Menu

All 14 new items are available at participating Ruby Tuesday locations while the promotion runs. Full menu details and a location finder are available on Ruby Tuesday’s Summer 2026 menu page.
