December 30, 2024 – A violent rape suspect was apprehended on Saturday.
MJPD license plate readers alerted officers to the suspect’s location, after he passed in and out of the city between Nashville and Mt. Juliet near the county line along Central Pike.
The 42-year-old Columbia, TN man was wanted out of Maury County, TN for a violent rape and aggravated burglary.
He was found armed with a handgun.
