For those unfamiliar with poke, poke (pronounced poh-kay) is a traditional Hawaiian dish; “poke” means “to slice” in Hawaiian. Poke consists of raw, marinated fish—typically tuna or salmon—cut into cubes and commonly served with rice and a variety of asian-inspired sauces and other vegetable toppings.
