Vickey Ellen Hubbard, age 67 was born January 27, 1957 in Nashville, TN. She grew up and spent the remainder of her days in Lebanon, TN. Vickey passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025. She was a light in this world to anyone who know her and will be greatly missed.
Vickey was preceded in death by her mother, Doris “Tean” Underwood; her father, Jimmy Darnell; brother, Mitchell Darnell and sister, Kimberly Woodside.
She is survived by her husband of 25 years, Donnie Ray Hubbard; sisters, Cynthia (Tim) Houk, Tina (Johnny) Jackson, Lisa Darnell; brothers, Floyd “Blackie” Smith and Steven Darnell. She is also survived by her daughters, Misty Lynn of Fountain Run KY, Mary (Sam) Saleh, Andi Kay (J.J.) Hubbard of Lobelville, TN and son, Jacolby (Leah) Hubbard of Hohenwald, TN; grandchildren, Ashley (Michael) Vincent, Amanda Lynn (Taylor), Meleya (Ashlyn) McCaleb, Abigail Lynn (Liberty), Hunter and Karsyn Hubbard; great-grandchildren, Tyson, Wyatt, Connor and Aubrey; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 9, 2025 at Hunter Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Houk officiating. Visitation Noon till 8 p.m. Wednesday and 10 a.m. till service time on Thursday.
