Tina Riley, age 52 of Lebanon, passed away on June 30th, 2025, surrounded by her loving family and friends. She is survived by her husband of 27 years, Tim Riley; son, Patrick Riley; sister, Barbara (Wade) Rippeon; nephews, Tanner and Alex Williford as well as her close-knit circle of friends.
Born in Illinois, Tina’s love of food and creativity led her to pursue her culinary education at Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts Scottsdale. From there, she built a remarkable career as a corporate chef and food scientist, with her talent and innovation taking her all across the United States. Eventually, she found both personal and professional roots in Tennessee, where she thrived in her role with Cracker Barrel’s culinary innovation team. Her creations were nothing short of masterpieces-reflecting her passion, imagination, and meticulous attention to detail.
Tina’s passions extended far beyond her career. She was devoted to her family and friends, always the organizer and the heart of every gathering. Whether she was planning a dinner party or a casual get-together, no detail was ever overlooked. Her warmth, loyalty, and creative spirit made her the glue that held her circles together.
Outside of her culinary world, Tina was known for her sharp eye for detail, innovative thinking, and problem-solving skills-qualities that would have made her successful in any field. She shared a deep love for her dogs, Vienna and Guinness, who were always close by. She will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved her.
A gathering of family and friends will take place at a later date.
