Sharron Chatelain, age 81, passed away on August 15, 2024 in Lebanon TN.
Sharron Kaye Warman Sercu Chatelain was born in Wyandotte, Michigan on September 4, 1942 to Patricia Decoster and Harold Warman.
She enjoyed racing stock cars at Speedway 605 in Irwindale CA before she settled down to raise her family. She took great pleasure in shopping for anything and everything. She also enjoyed going to the movies, working puzzles, and coloring. She attended Crossroads Community Church in Lebanon TN.
Ms. Chatelain is survived by her children Scott Sercu, Christopher Sercu, and Sharron “Sherri” Mistone; step-son: Wyane (Mary) Chatelain; grandchildren: Stephen Sercu, Amanda (Cory) Lasater, Brittany Marsillio, Darius Cervantez, Devin Sercu, Kyle Sercu, Christopher Sercu, Savannah Sercu, Ashley (Josh) Brewington, and Kaitlyn Chatelain; brother: Lee (Cindy) Affholter; and many beloved great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her son Kenneth Paul Sercu, daughter Kelly Sercu, son Kevin Sercu, husbands Charles T. Sercu and Alan Chatelain, and sisters Joanne Collins and Terry McCarthy.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Saddlebrook Senior Apartments (204 Carver Lane), Lebanon TN, in the Community Room from 2:30- 5 p.m. on Saturday, August 24, 2024.
