The will of the Lord brought an end to the life of Shane Nerod Miller on Sunday, May 18, 2025, in Smithville TN.
Shane was born Sept. 11, 1981, to the late Glenda Kaye Miller in Atlanta GA. He attended Westside High School in Macon GA prior to relocating to Tennessee. He was married to Yasmine Burch of Macon GA. To this union three (3) children were born.
Since birth, Shane was raised by the parentage of McLewis Sr. & Angelia Taylor in Macon GA. Here he grew up with his brothers-McLewis Taylor, Jr. and Paul Taylor. Shane joined Mount Haven Baptist Church at an early age where he sung in the choir.
He leaves to cherish his memory six (6) children: Parker Burch, Justin Burch, Hailey Burch and Zadah Miller, all of Tennessee; also, daughter Kaitlyn Jones of Macon, GA and son Jeremiah Orr of Florida; Parents: McLewis Sr, and Angelia Taylor of Macon GA; Siblings-McLewis Taylor, Jr., of Suffolk VA, Paul Taylor of Macon, GA, Roderick White of Atlanta, GA and Carletta White of Atlanta, GA.
Special acknowledgements to Brandy & Zack Bass & Trey Plowden as exceptional family and friends! He will be missed by other uncles, aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, co-workers, relatives and friends, but NEVER forgotten!
A Homegoing Celebration of Life will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 31, 2025 at Hunter Funeral Home with Chief Apostle Dr. Paris Miller officiating.
