With heavy hearts and deep gratitude for a life well lived, we announce the passing of our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Sandra Hickman White, otherwise known as our “Nanna.”

Mrs. Sandra Lee White, age 84 of Hendersonville, Tennessee was called to her Heavenly home on Tuesday, June 23, 2026. Sandra was born on April 17, 1942, in Pulaski, Tennessee to the late Robert H. and Brownie Weatherford Hickman.

She is survived by her beloved husband of 64 years, Larry White; children, Karen (Wavil) Mills and David Thomas White; grandchildren, Dara Denney, Kyle Vernotzy, Amber (Jacob) Cole, Olivia Mills, Ashlee (Justin) Dickens, Jordan Mills and Morgan Stennett; great-grandchildren, Atley Tankesly, Jaxin Dickens, Kenlee Dickens, Tucker Dickens, Laney Stennett, Lathan Carter, Gracelynn Denney and Mason Denney; brother, Kenneth (Patricia) Hickman.

Sandra was the heart of our family-the quiet force who kept us together and made everyone feel loved. To know her was to love her. She had the rare gift of making people feel seen, valued, and cared for, whether they were family, lifelong friends, or someone simply in need of encouragement. A devoted servant of God, Sandra lived her faith through her actions. Her compassion knew no bounds, and her love extended far beyond her family.

While our hearts are broken, we are incredibly grateful for the memories she gave us and the example she set. Her legacy of faith, kindness, and selfless love will continue to live on in all who were blessed to know her. Though she will be deeply missed, we find comfort in knowing Heaven has welcomed home a faithful servant. “Well done, good and faithful servant,” Matthew 25:23. Sandra’s love will remain in our hearts forever.
