Ronnie Johnson, age 73 of Lebanon, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2024.
Mr. Johnson was born November 14, 1950, in Wilson County to the late John L. Johnson and Margie Thelma Dixon Johnson.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brother, Delton Johnson; and sister, Pam Dean.
He is survived by wife of 46 years, Judy Gilmore Johnson of Lebanon; children, Meridith Garcia (Manny) of Lebanon, Chris Hallums (Julie) of Watertown, and Angie Owen (Craig) of Charlotte, TN; sister, Ann Hyatt; grandchildren, Emerson Garcia, Emilea Garcia, Abby Owen, Drew Owen, Jacob Anderson, Joshua Hearn, and Madison Hearn; and several great-grandchildren. Mr. Johnson served our country in the United States Army Reserve for 20 years.
Service, with Military Honors will be Thursday, September 5th at 4:00 p.m. in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin, with Bro. Stan Stevenson officiating. Visitation will be on Thursday, September 5th from 11:00 a.m. until time of service at 4:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Humane Society of Sumner County, 16 Volunteer Drive, Hendersonville, TN 37075.
