Roland Harry Miller, age 81, of Lebanon TN, passed away on February 23, 2026. The Memorial Service is 11a.m. Saturday, March 7, 2026, in the chapel of Sellars Funeral Home, Lebanon TN. The family will be receiving friends at the funeral home on Saturday from 10 a.m. until the service at 11 a.m.

Roland Harry Miller was born in Presque Isle, Maine, to Arlene Elaine Johnston Miller and Harry Everett Miller. During Roland’s early years, he had a passion for cars, engine repair and being a 5-year member of the Spartans Drum & Bugle Corps, from Nashua, New Hampshire. After graduating high school, Roland enlisted into the United States Air Force, where he was a crew chief mechanic on many types of aircraft for their missions in Vietnam. After his service in the Air Force, Roland’s career path changed to computer programming and information technology employed by Xerox, MBNA and then retiring from JP Morgan Chase.

In Roland’s adult life, he spent multiple years marching for 3 senior Drum & Bugle Corps in western New York. In addition to maintaining the same passion for engine repair, classic cars and showing horses in Texas and Oklahoma. Roland also completed his service to his country by joining the Texas Air National Guard to earn retirement from the service, while traveling the world for duty. During retirement years, Roland maintained his passion for classic cars, the shooting range, puzzles, drum corps, and family.

Roland is survived by his wife of 10 years; Alice Solovei Miller of Lebanon TN and children; Brenda Siggelow of Rochester NY, Matthew and his wife Amy Siggelow of Drums PA, Tim and his wife Karen Miller of Cape Coral FL, Scott Miller of Bokeelia FL, Karen Smith of Old Hickory TN, Brandi and her husband Thorny Hitzfeld of Blue Ridge TX, and Kevin Kelley of Old Hickory TN; along with many beloved grand and great-grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Arlene Miller, his sister Bernadette Miller and previous spouses, Kathleen Miller Cooper (1995) and Judy Siggelow Miller (2012).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that any type of donations be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars organizations in your local community.
