Robert “Bobby” William Cooksey, age 55 of the Norene Community, passed away on Wednesday evening at Alive Hospice in Murfreesboro.
Born July 2, 1967 in Lebanon, he was the son of the late Willie and Dolly Cooksey and was preceded in death by his brother, Henry Cooksey and sister, Delia Grubb.
Bobby was a graduate of Watertown High School and a forklift operator.
He is survived by his wife, Angie Jones Cooksey and sons, James Robert Cooksey and Chase Matthew Cooksey all of Norene; mother-in-law, Brenda Watson; sisters, Kaye Ogle, Kathy Cooksey and Betty Jo (Steve) Chappell; nieces, nephews and special friend, Cera Andersen.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday, June 12, 2023 at Hunter Funeral Home with visitation from 3-8 p.m. Sunday and 10 a.m. till service time on Monday.
