Rickey was born in Nashville, TN to Margie Tuck and Richard Willis.
He is survived by his son Ryan Willis of Columbia, TN, daughters Paige Willis of Gallatin, TN and Julia Willis, son by choice David Dowell of Gallatin, TN, sister Faye Lillard and 11 grandchildren.
He is preceded in death by his sons Anthony Willis and Daniel Willis, parents Margie Tuck Willis and Richard Willis.
