Peggy June Hentz was born July 4, 1944 in Lovington, IL and departed this life on Wednesday, Aug. 30, 2023 at the age of 79 years.
She was the daughter of the late O.D. Blankenship and Anna May Dotson Blankenship. Peggy was a 22 year employee of United Parcel Service.
She is survived by her children, Mark Cox of Watertown, Katrina Cox Bolding of Gallatin, Damon Cox of Mt. Juliet and Nick Hentz of Hermitage; 7 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren; sister, Carol (Brice) Massey of Antioch; brother, Jack (Donna) Blankenship of Lafayette.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 2, 2023 at Hunter Funeral Home. Visitation will be from 2-9 p.m. Friday and prior to services on Saturday. Interment will be at Fairview Cemetery. https://www.hunterfuneral.com
