Mrs. Patricia Ross McCampbell Smith Hawk age 83 of Venice, FL and a native of Lebanon, TN, passed away peacefully February 17, 2026, at her home. Born in Wilson County, TN, she was the daughter of the late Sam McCampbell and Alene Neal McCampbell. She was a graduate of Auburndale FL High School. She enjoyed working with pottery and working in her late husband’s chiropractic office. A member of the Church of Christ, she attended the congregations in Kimball, TN and South Trail in FL.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Dr. Clyde L. Hawk; son, Scott Smith; her grandparents: Thell Ross Neal and Laura Frakes Neal, Willis Lee McCampbell and Kate Lee Smith McCampbell.
Survivors include her daughter, Cindy Watts Weiss; granddaughters: Tabitha and Amber Watts, Christina Smith; devoted cousin and caregiver, Joseph W. Austin; special cousins: Liz Baines, Becky Taylor, and Andy Austin; several other cousins and friends.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, February 24, 2026, at 1 p.m. from the Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Lebanon, with Billy Watkins officiating and John Lofty song leader. Interment will follow in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation Tuesday 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home.
