Funeral services for Ms. Ona Mai Reece will be 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 26, 2021, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Shelby officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation Sunday 1-5 P.M. and Monday after 9 A.M. at Ligon & Bobo.
Ms. Reece, age 88 of Lebanon passed away at her home on Saturday, July 24, 2021.
Born December 11, 1932, in Smith County, Tennessee, she is the daughter of the late Wilbur and Bonnie Driver Wilkerson. She was a fitness instructor for many years at Grecian Fitness Center and Donelson Fitness. She was raised in the Church of God of Prophecy where her mother was pastor. She enjoyed working in her yard and with her flowers. She also enjoyed thrift shopping. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a grandson, Barry Marvin Dies; brother, Luther Wilkerson; nephew, Steve Wilkerson; father of her daughter, Ernest Price; and special friend, Bill Miller.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Connie and Johnie Dies; granddaughter, Kim Bush; two great-granddaughters, Payton (Zack) Odom and Presley Bush; great-granddaughter, Aspen Elizabeth Odom; and sister in law, Robbie Wilkerson.
Pallbearers: Johnie Dies, Larry Brown, Keith Wilson, Floyd Wilson, Brad Bush, and Elmichael Maynard.
