Olie R. Allen of Westmoreland passed away Saturday, April 26, 2025.
Funeral service will be Wednesday, April 30, 2025 at 2pm in the chapel of Sellars Family Heritage at Gallatin, with Kolbe Parker, Tucker Parker, Christopher Lockwood, Joshua Allen, Matthew Hill, Noah Hill, and Nicholas Stewart serving as pallbearers.
Visitation will be Tuesday, April 29, 2025 from 2pm-7pm and Wednesday, April 30 from 12pm until time of service at Family Heritage at Gallatin.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the funeral home.
Olie was born January 17, 1936 to the late Carmack Allen and Versie Roddy Allen. In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his first wife, Willie B. Green Allen; children, Katherine Allen and Carolyn Sue Allen; brothers, Omer Allen and Joe Allen; and sister, Edna Jones.
He is survived by his wife of 34 years, Sue Smith Allen of Westmoreland; children, Larry Allen (Kathy) of Portland, Christopher Lockwood of Westmoreland, and Bobbie Sue Lockwood (Damian Jones) of Westmoreland; and brother Charles Allen (Betty) of Arkansas; 11 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, and 3 great-great grandchildren.
