Our beloved Molly left us on March 31st, 2025, in Lebanon, TN, but her love and warmth will stay with us forever.
Born in Pinckneyville, IL, on August 25th, 1940, Molly was the heart and soul of our family. After losing her husband at a young age, Mom showed incredible resilience. She devoted herself entirely to us, making sure we felt loved and supported every day.
Her compassionate heart was a refuge not just for us but for anyone who needed a listening ear. Friends and family knew they could always come to her with their troubles, and she would welcome them with open arms. Molly had a way of bringing people together, especially through her cooking. She was an amazing cook, and her signature bread pudding became the highlight of every family gathering.
The aroma of her kitchen and the warmth of her meals made our house feel like home to everyone. Molly had a deep and abiding faith in her Lord and made sure that her children were raised with the same faith. She taught each of them the Lord’s Prayer and they all attended church services together.
Her love for music and dancing filled our home with joy. She never missed a beat when her favorite songs played, and she passed that love on to us. When the grandchildren came along, they renewed her sparkle. Holidays, especially Christmas, became even more special as she shared her traditions and joy with them.
We remember Mom for her kindness, generosity, and the way she always kept everything organized. Her extended family remained close-knit because she made sure everyone stayed connected. She taught us the importance of family, love, and being there for one another.
We will miss her laughter, her stories, and the way she made each of us feel special. Her spirit lives on in the values she instilled in us and the memories we hold dear. We love you, Mom, and you’ll always be in our hearts.
Those who have passed on before her are parents Jimmy and Birdie Pearce and husband, Jack Pierce, sister Rosemary Pearce, sisters and brothers-in-law. Those left behind to cherish her memory are children Annette Harrison, Phoebe Oaks, Billy Jack Stanley, Louis Pierce, grandchildren, Natalie, Rhonda, Ronnie, Jr., Austin, Maddie, Brody, Jack, Olivia, Vivian, and Jimmy, sisters, Carolyn Stanley and Betty Pearce, brother, Willy Pearce, and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
