Michelle Proctor Hadley Obit

Michelle Hadley passed away on April 18, 2025, at the age of 53 with her husband at her side. She was born January 31, 1972, in Nashua, New Hampshire to David Proctor and Virley Signor. She grew up in Wilton, New Hampshire, and then moved to Tennessee.

She met her husband Kenneth in Nashville in February 2000 and they were married in August 2000 prior to his military deployment. She suffered a catastrophic accident in December of 2000 and made a remarkable recovery.

She loved many things in her life: photography, arts and crafts, baking and cake decorating, cooking, gardening, music and sports. She owned and operated Hadleys Kountry Krafts and Candles for eight years and then Michelle Hadley Photography until the time of her death.

She was a diehard sports fan displaying her love and support for the Boston Bruins, Boston Red Sox, and the Nashville Predators where she was a season ticket holder for the past eleven years. One of her sports highlights was to see her beloved Nashville Predators in the Stanley Cup Final in 2017.

She was very active as an Auxiliary Member in the Combat Veterans Motorcycle Association earning the name ‘Short Stax’. She was a true spitfire and lover of life and loved to share all of her gifts.

She was preceded in death by her mother, Virley Signor Maxwell and a brother Kevin Proctor. She is survived by her husband Kenneth Hadley; father, David (Diana) Proctor; sisters, Lisa Proctor and Jill (Jason) Hanson; several cousins, nieces and nephews.

A visitation will be on Wednesday, April 30, 2025, from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home, 241 West Main Street, Lebanon. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to St. Jude’s in Michelle’s honor- HTTP://FUNDRAISING.STJUDE.ORG/GOTO/MEMPHISKEN.
