LORETTA SUE (née BELL) RICHARDS, 85, of Huntington, WV, died March 1, 2026 after a short illness. She was born April 17, 1940 in Logan, WV to her late parents, Kermie and Virginia Bell. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Bill Bell and Ronnie Bell.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Jim Richards; son David (Donna) of Goodlettsville, TN; daughter Cindy (Brian) Sheedy of York, SC; grandchildren Jamie (Tyler) Christian of Barboursville, WV; Cole (Nyssa) Seaton of Salt Lake City, UT; Ginnie (Justin) Maxwell of Mt. Juliet, TN; and Jeremy (Kristin) Tomes of Huntsville, AL; and eight great-grandchildren. She is also survived by a sister, Roberta Mann of Milton, WV; and several nieces and nephews.
Per her request, she will be cremated, and there will be no services.
