Judith (Judy) Plump Moore 10/02/50 – 10/05/25

Judy gained her heavenly wings after a long and very courageous battle with cancer.

Judy grew up in Pomona California, the second of three children. She enjoyed a loving family life, and carefree times, usually spent at the beach with family and friends. She had a love of travel and moved several times, ultimately landing in Nashville where she met and married the love of her life. Ron and Judy enjoyed spending time with friends and family, taking trips to Hilton Head, SC, California, and Maine, amongst other places! Judy also had a love of entertaining and decorating for ALL holidays… plates, napkins, decorations, and everything in between. Could she ever create a beautiful table looking like it came straight from a magazine!

Judy had a thriving and successful career, beginning as a Retail Buyer for Millers Outpost in Southern California, where she remained for 10 years. In 1979, Judy began what would become a 20-year career with Levi Strauss & Co. as an Account Executive, where she excelled and won many awards!

Not having children of her own, Judy was blessed to have close relationships with nephews Chris and Adam Plump, as well as with Adam’s wife Lily. In addition, Judy gained a daughter when she married Ron, Angie Moore Brimm, with whom she shared a long, close, caring and devoted relationship.

Judy was preceded in death by her parents George and Ann Plump.

Judy is survived by her loving husband Ronald (Ron) Moore, daughter and son-in-law Angie and Jeff Brimm, brother and sister-in-law Jack and Bernice Plump, sister and brother-in-law Jayne and Jim Johnson, sister-in-law Ava Carolyn Wilson (and family), brother-in-law David Moore, nephews Chris and Adam Plump (Lily), great-niece and nephew Abby and Austin Plump, step-grandchildren, Lauren (Ryan) Allers, Jackson Allers, Hailey Brimm and Adrienne Roberson, as well as many devoted and dedicated friends, amongst them Tammy and Miles Davenport, Brandy and Brandon Bateman.

Services for Judy will be…

Thursday 10/9 at Sellars Funeral Home. 313 W Baddour Pkwy Lebanon, TN. Visitation will be from 10:00 – 1:00. The service will start at 1:00. Burial to follow at Hermitage Memorial Gardens on Shute Lane in Hermitage.
