Judy Ann Anderson age 88 of Alexandria, died Tuesday morning, March 10, 2026 at her residence. Born Feb. 18, 1938 in Old Hickory, TN, she was the daughter of the late Houston and Willie B. Johnson and was preceded in death by a daughter-in- law, Marianne Thomas and brothers, Vernon Johnson and Kenneth Hugh Johnson.
Judy is survived by her husband, Charles W. Anderson of Alexandria; sons, David Thomas of Biloxi, MS and Jeffery Thomas and his wife, Jeanette of New York; grandchildren, Lisa Cameron, Ian, Julie and Jon Thomas; great grandchildren, Jentessa and Kaitlyn Kanue; and her sister, Wilma Johnson of Brazil, IN.
Funeral services will be held at 12 Noon Thursday, March 12, 2026 at Alexandria United Methodist Church with Audrey Martin officiating. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. till service time Thursday at the church. Interment will follow at Hunter Memorial Park.
